The Passenger Processing Systems (PPS) team is charged with managing and maintaining critical airport IT systems. To perform that function, the PPS Team requires staff members to be able to troubleshoot, repair and maintain computer hardware, monitors, printers, and other computer peripherals – as well as manage the vendor applications using their respective consoles, tools, and portals. To provide the necessary support levels for these applications, PPS requires a resource to assist with the following:
Our ideal candidate has some or all the following experience, skills, and characteristics:
Required Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate.
Experience: Four (4) years of Information Technology experience performing user support of desktop, legacy systems and/or Information Technology communications systems.
Licensures/Certification(s): Requires a valid Driver's License at the time of application. Licenses and certifications must be kept current as a condition of employment.
Equivalency: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements.

Snow / Emergency Duties: Denver International Airport is a 24/7/365 team operation. If weather conditions warrant or an emergency crisis occurs, all DEN employees can be required to work extended hours and/or shifts.
