Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking an Information Technology Technician I to provide Tier I support for IT systems and network services in the Indianapolis area. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, servers, and network devices across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.

The candidate will assist with Windows and Linux operating systems, cybersecurity practices, and infrastructure monitoring to maintain mission-critical systems’ reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with computer systems and networking.
• Experience with Windows Enterprise and Linux server administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I support for IT systems and network services.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop, server, and network devices.
• Assist with Windows and Linux administration and security practices.
