Job description

We are looking for IT Technical Customer Analyst - Remote / Telecommute for our client in San Diego, CA.

Job Details:
  • Title: IT Technical Customer Analyst - Remote / Telecommute
  • Location: San Diego, CA
  • Type: Contract
  • Pay Range: $41.37/hr - $44.82/hr
Responsibilities:
  1. Have in-depth knowledge of the function, features, and technical requirements for implementation of MMS solutions.
  2. Coordinate and complete the writing of technical responses for incoming IT and technical questions from RFPs, contracts, customer questions, or security audits.
  3. Demonstrate strong project management skills to prioritize, triage, complete, and track requests.
  4. Develop strong internal relationships with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), including platform development and Global Marketing teams.
  5. Maintain training to stay current with new versions and product releases.
  6. Provide timely and accurate responses to mitigate risks or prevent lost opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with the HIT team to deliver technical training supporting MMS solutions and product releases.
  8. Review product release content to ensure technical details are complete for customer conversations.
  9. Work cross-functionally with product and security teams to ensure security whitepapers are current and available.
  10. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  2. Cloud experience or certification.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  4. Technical IT training.
  5. Knowledge of Medical Management Solutions is preferred.
  6. Project management experience.
  7. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  8. Excellent writing skills for technical and customer-facing responses.
  9. Customer-centric mindset and supportive attitude.
  10. No technical writers required.
