Job summary

Shenandoah Community School District is seeking an IT support professional to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software. You will answer users' questions, train users on basic system functions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

The role includes assessing device conditions, performing basic repairs, and performing data entry to help manage inventory.

Qualifications

• Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software by answering users' questions, training users on basic system and computer functions, addressing system and user issues, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assess the condition of devices and perform basic repairs.
• Perform basic data entry to assist with managing inventory.
• Report to IT Director regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress
• Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals
• Perform other duties as assigned to assist with meeting the department's goals and responsibilities.
