Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Team Lead for the IT Recurring Revenue Delivery team in St. Louis. You will lead a small team of Developers and Analysts, guiding design, development, testing, and delivery of software that supports recurring revenue (SaaS, HWaaS, XaaS).

You’ll partner with product management and stakeholders to drive initiatives, mentoring staff while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What is the IT Recurring Revenue Delivery team and why join?

This is an exciting opportunity to be a leading member of a team that is focused on building and supporting the applications that drive one of our key sales models at WWT. Our team supports the core applications our business uses to support and manage all recurring revenue (SaaS, HWaaS , XaaS ) business . Through our application portfolio, we e enable our sales teams to solve demanding business problems at scale for WWT . Joining the IT Recurring Revenue Delivery team means contributing to impactful solutions that shape how our sales teams sell, manage, and bill all our recurring revenue products.

What will you be doing?

As a Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of work and for ensuring that the team is high performing and healthy. Along with leading a small team of Developers and Analysts , you will also be analyzing, designing, building, testing, and delivering software along with the team . Here are some things the team will be working on this year:

• Work on delivering executive driven projects like Project Apollo , including the roll-out of a new WWT & Softchoice customer experience for Asset Management.
• Support sales teams by partnering with them to bring scalable solutions to t he recurring revenue sales order flow.
• Guide the delivery team through the roll-out of high-visibility initiatives while balancing a demanding, fast-moving roadmap of competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our customers and business stakeholders to ensure that our applications are stable, easy to use, and meet business expectations .
• Work to incorporate business feedback into the team’s strategy .
• Collaborate with other development teams, product management, and development leadership to align on the problems we want to solve.
• Coordinate work assignments within the team and ensure new features and issues are being addressed; balancing speed of delivery and team capacity.
• Build ing and deliver ing software solutions alongside the team, providing technical leadership , and promoting best practices.
• Prepare and deliver informal and formal presentations to team, department, and business partners.
• Contribute to the environment that nurtures drive and enthusiasm within a healthy team.
• Gather and deliver performance feedback for team members, and regularly coach employees towards meeting behavioral and performance goals.
• Play a key role in driving the AI first strategy within IT and beyond, working in close alignment with product owners and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT and business organizations .
• P rior experience managing and developing people to their full potential through coaching, mentoring, and servant leadershi p is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience .
• Ability to think creatively and recognize and encourage creativity in others .
• Opinionated but you appreciate an environment where feedback is freely given, and your ideas are challenged.
• Comfortable mentoring a cross functional team.
• Possess a solid understanding of Agile principles.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Passionate about software development and delivering large and/or complex solutions in an iterative process.
• Strong understanding of AI Native Engineering and experience with delivering software using tools like Windsurf, GitHub Copilot Claude Code, or others.
• Hae e xperience with AI platforms like Microsoft Copilo t, Glean , Claude, or ChatGPT .
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services is a plus .
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or Management Information Systems; A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $114,000.00 to $171,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
