Position Responsibilities

1. Set up and manage computers, printers, audio/visual equipment, and mobile devices.
2. Manage the IT inventory system, track assets, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
3. Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring excellent customer service.
4. Troubleshoot technical support requests and manage user accounts, including permissions.

Minimum Requirements

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2. Prior experience as an IT Systems Technician with knowledge of networking, hardware, and application systems.
3. Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications.
4. Availability for on-call support on a rotational basis, including occasional evenings and weekends.
