Business System Solutions is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to deliver proactive technical support, triage tickets, and resolve issues for clients. You will use Microsoft 365 and Windows in daily tasks and build strong client relationships to ensure smooth operations.

You will travel to client sites within the area to provide on-site support, document progress, and escalate when needed. This role emphasizes clear communication, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach in a growth-oriented

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in a technical support role preferred.
• Experience with ConnectWise or other ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Answer client calls, gather relevant details, and triage tickets by priority and severity.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize client downtime.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized teams after 30-60 minutes.
• Communicate effectively by phone and in writing, including email and ticket updates.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 applications, Windows operating systems, and basic PC troubleshooting skills.
• Provide support for email and Outlook troubleshooting and configuration.
• Travel to client locations within the area to provide face-to-face support.
• Own tickets through resolution or escalation while keeping clients informed of progress and status.
• Perform light-to-moderate physical tasks while on-site at client locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in a technical support role preferred.
• Experience with the ConnectWise suite or other ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
