Job summary

L&L Products is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain and improve core IT infrastructure including Windows Server, VMware, and enterprise security. The role supports a global manufacturing environment with strong focus on availability and security.

You will collaborate with Governance, Risk & Compliance, support vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and incident response, while building automation with PowerShell and aiding upgrades and disaster recovery exercises.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Systems Administration, Network Administration, or IT Infrastructure support.
• Experience administering enterprise infrastructure, networking, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience working within Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Administration: Administer and support Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and Entra ID.
• Network Administration: Manage LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, VPN, and remote connectivity.
• Cybersecurity Operations: Support vulnerability management and incident response coordination.
• Systems Monitoring: Monitor availability, performance, and security; perform health checks and updates.
• Automation: Develop PowerShell scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• On-call: Participate in scheduled rotations for after-hours support and planned maintenance.
