Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Network Engineer or similar role, preferably in energy/utilities/industrial sectors.
• Experience with routing, switching, VLAN design/configuration/troubleshooting, VPNs, and wireless network design/configuration/deployment required.
• Familiarity with SCADA networking, OT/IT segmentation, and ICT cybersecurity best practices preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud networking (Azure/Meraki) required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT support contact for employee IT support requests via phone, email, and the help desk system, handling Level 1 and Level 2 issues and escalating higher-severity incidents as needed.
• Triage, prioritize, and track support tickets to ensure timely resolutions within target response times.
• Provide hands-on and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and devices across locations.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, hardware, and software provisioning.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID accounts and devices, including lifecycle management.
