Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking an Information Technology System Administrator to build, maintain, and evolve a reliable IT environment for a fast-growing manufacturing company. The role is hands-on, collaborating across office, engineering, and production floors to ensure secure, high-performance systems.

You’ll manage Windows and Mac devices, coordinate onboarding, handle software licensing including SigmaNest, and support compliance with NIST, FISMA, DFARS and ITAR.

Qualifications

• Must have strong IT system administration experience.
• Experience managing Windows and MacOS environments.
• Experience supporting regulatory and customer compliance (NIST, FISMA, DFARS, ITAR).
• Willingness to travel periodically to company facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT environment including network infrastructure, system architecture, servers, and shop floor hardware for reliability and security.
• Administer Windows and MacOS devices and deployments.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding with HR to provide equipment/access on Day One.
• Manage software licenses and renewals for manufacturing systems (e.g., SigmaNest).
• Support regulatory/compliance requirements including NIST, FISMA, DFARS, ITAR.
