Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows Server environments (2019+).
• Administration of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Ability to troubleshoot server and end-user issues and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Report to upper management on employee and customer activities.
• Assist management with local and remote technical team management.
• Ensure employee scheduling covers all customer SLAs.
• Evaluate stability, security, and scalability of Windows Server OS.
• Administer and support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Install and configure servers and related hardware per project standards.
• Provide technical support to staff and end users.
• Troubleshoot system and server issues and review logs.
• Manage user access and monitor performance.
• Investigate and recommend improvements for system administration tasks.
• Perform daily backups and monitor backups.
