Job summary

Denver Cold Family of Companies is seeking an IT & Systems Manager to lead the technology function across our operations in Denver and surrounding sites. The role reports to the CFO and oversees user support, key business systems, and IT projects across warehousing, transportation, accounting, and HR.

You will manage day-to-day IT operations, coordinate vendors, and drive efficiency through integration and automation, with travel between facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT, information systems, or related experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation environments preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and end users.
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, EDI, SQL, scripting, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT support and coordinate with the managed IT provider.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot company technology equipment.
• Support employee technology onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain technology documentation, equipment records, software licensing, and IT standards.
• Travel between company facilities as needed.
• Support and administer software platforms across warehousing, transportation, accounting, HR, and other functions.
• Lead technology and systems projects from planning through implementation.
• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for technology vendors and software providers.
