Job summary

Irvine Clinical Research is seeking an IT Systems Administration professional to manage centralized identity platforms (AD, Google Workspace, M365) and clinical software across multiple California sites. You will support 90+ staff, oversee on-site network and hardware lifecycle, and drive cybersecurity practices while aligning with regulatory requirements.

The role covers provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and remote/onsite user support, with occasional travel between Irvine, Long Beach, LA,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience administering Windows OS, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 user privileges.
• Hardware troubleshooting of desktops, tablets, peripherals, and AV equipment.
• Networking and cybersecurity fundamentals; familiarity with VoIP, website maintenance, and security best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance IT helpdesk and site tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized identity platforms (AD, Google Workspace, M365) and site clinical software; enforce RBAC and MFA.
• Manage local site network infrastructure; provision and maintain staff devices and network-connected clinical equipment.
• Serve as central owner for device setup, network config, and hardware asset tracking across sites.
• Provide remote and on-site user support for 90+ staff across Windows, Google Workspace, VOIP, CTMS, CRM.
• Lead cybersecurity efforts: EDR, phishing awareness, CPRA/CCPA compliance; maintain IT risk register.
