Job summary

Irvine Clinical Research seeks a Systems & Facilities Coordinator to keep our technology and clinic infrastructure running across five sites. You will bridge digital systems management with on-site operations, supporting 90+ staff so physicians, nurses, and staff stay focused on study participants.

Responsibilities include administration of AD, Google Workspace, M365; on-site network and hardware; user support, cybersecurity, data resilience; site access, security, and vendor logistics.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration, or related field
• Technical & Systems Proficiency: 1+ years administering Windows OS, AD, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
• Hardware Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot desktops, tablets, peripherals, and AV equipment
• Networking & Cybersecurity Fundamentals: Familiar with local networks, VoIP, cybersecurity best practices
• High Attention to Detail: Strong organization and accurate compliance documentation
• Vehicle & Utility Transport: Valid CA driver’s license and willingness to drive/transport equipment
• Regional & Air Travel: Regular driving between SoCal sites; occasional flights
• Physical Capability & Heavy Equipment Transport: Lift 50+ lbs and move equipment
• Emergent Off-Hours Availability: willing to respond to urgent needs outside business hours

Responsibilities

• Identity, Access & Clinical Systems Administration: Oversee AD, Google Workspace, and site clinical software; enforce MFA and access controls
• On-Site Systems, Network & Clinical Hardware: Manage local network and hardware lifecycle; troubleshoot devices
• Workstation & Clinical Hardware Management: Configure and maintain staff computers and clinical devices
• User Support & AV: Provide remote/on-site support for 90+ staff across Windows, VOIP, and CTMS/CRM
• Cybersecurity, Data Privacy & Threat Triage: Respond to security concerns; manage EDR and data protection standards
• Audit Governance & Data Resiliency: Maintain asset inventories and run backup/restore tests
• Website, Domains, & VOIP Administration: Manage website, DNS, VoIP configurations and call routing
• IT Projects, Migrations & Research: Support IT migrations and system upgrades as needed
• Facilities, Security & Site Access: Manage secure storage, badges, parking, and access control
• Logistics & Vendor Management: Move equipment between sites and coordinate contractors
• Site Operations Support: Assist Site Managers with general site needs
