The Opportunity:

The CIS program supports our intelligence customer deliver IT services to conduct its globally distributed operations. We are driving an exciting technological transformation of their IT services by leading the design, development, implementation, and operation of cutting-edge solutions. This includes continuous service improvement through the modernization of IT system infrastructure.

CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated IT Systems Engineering Manager to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency. The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Information Services (CIS) contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages team(s) of engineers and specialists to coordinate development and execution of customer-centric, enterprise-wide approaches to drive approved service quality and interoperability across strategic goals and efficiency requirements and initiatives
  • Responsible for team compliance with enterprise vision and governance policies/procedures/regulations, schedules, service delivery quality, and stakeholder engagement plans/actions
  • Ensures high-quality delivery through collaborative customer and team processes, reviews, and demonstrations
  • Fosters open communication and collaboration to all levels of team structure; measures effectiveness using detailed performance metrics where practical
  • Champions IT/IM service delivery standards and values across the enterprise
  • Oversees quantifiable Continual Service Improvement (CSI) efforts
  • Provides guidance and support for improved IT management and control
  • Directs monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance tasks in support of sustainment planning and resolves post-implementation production issues based on agreed to "Use Cases" and testing
  • Provides engineering services in support of operations transition
  • Provides services IAW the contract documents and meets performance metrics set forth in the SLAs
  • Responsible for preparing and submitting required documentation, reports, and data adhering to schedule, format, and content requirements specified by the contract

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must hold a current Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others outside of job area regarding complex policies, practices or procedures
  • Experience managing people, programs, or projects or significant size and relevance to organization
  • An AS/AA and 18+ years of experience, BS/BA and 16+ years of experience, MS/MA and 14+ years of experience, or PhD and 12+ years of experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience engineering or developing IT solutions
  • Minimum 4 years of experience providing engineering or solution development leadership or oversight
  • Current DoD 8140 – IAT II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+)
  • Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies.

Desired:

  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
  • Working in Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$114,600-$252,100
