Key Responsibilities

• Global Video Support: Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for video conferencing platforms, digital signage, and scheduling systems across multiple global locations.
• AV Systems Engineering: Design, deploy, and maintain AV infrastructure, including hardware and software for meeting rooms, executive spaces, and digital signage.
• Project Leadership: Lead or support AV‑related projects, including lifecycle management, upgrades, and integration with other collaboration tools.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with AV integrators and external service providers to ensure high‑quality service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
• Proactive Support: Implement monitoring and proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize user experience.
• Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain technical documentation, and provide training to local support teams and end users.
• Regional Collaboration: Work closely with support leads in NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistent standards and best practices.
