Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is a leader in AI cloud infrastructure powering thousands of customers. This role focuses on building and scaling Lambda's internal IT systems, with a emphasis on performance, reliability, and automation across cloud platforms.

Presence in SF/SJ office is required 4 days a week, with Tuesday as the designated work-from-home day. You will design, implement, and operate scalable services, partner with Engineering and other teams, and deliver solutions that keep

Qualifications

• Strong design skills for scalable internal IT systems.
• Experience with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficient in Python and Go.
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools.
• Ability to document complex systems clearly.
• Team player who communicates asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and deliver software to improve internal IT systems’ reliability and efficiency.
• Automate responses and prevent recurring incidents in non-exceptional events.
• Collaborate with Engineering and internal teams on architecture and standards.
• Participate in capacity planning, performance analysis, and tuning.
• Create documentation and artifacts for the systems you own.
