Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is expanding its Information Systems team in San Francisco. You will design and optimize internal IT systems, build automation, and collaborate across engineering to scale platforms and ensure reliable operations.

The role emphasizes performance, scalability, and fast iteration, with a focus on documenting solutions and improving system design across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).

Qualifications

• Interest in ML/AI workloads is a plus.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems is advantageous.
• Strong documentation and cross-team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and deliver software to improve IT systems’ availability and scalability.
• Automate responses to non-exceptional events to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with Engineering to influence designs for large-scale distributed systems.
• Engage in capacity planning, performance analysis, and system tuning.
• Produce documentation and artifacts for the systems you own.
