Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud apps.
• Knowledge of identity and security best practices (MFA, access controls).
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac, or mobile devices.
• Basic networking knowledge (WiFi, DNS, IP addressing).
• Understanding of firewall rules and ACLs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.
• Bi-Lingual – French and English preferred.
• Experience with remote support tools and MDM solutions.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management.
• Experience with Azure AD, Okta and related identity tools.
• Exposure to cloud-first or SaaS-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for users and escalations from Level 1.
• Administer user accounts and settings across cloud and SaaS apps.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including email, Teams, and file services.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding using Rippling and workflows.
• Help maintain device standards including updates, security settings, and compliance.
• Support office technologies such as networks, printers, cameras, and access systems.
• Monitor system health, security alerts, and service performance.
• Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in IT projects, technology rollouts, and process improvements.
• Document issue resolutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with security and operations teams for complex issues.
• Assist in IT project implementations across departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards.
• Provide occasional off-hours support or on-call assistance as needed.
