Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and macOS.
• Knowledge of user identity and access management concepts.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Basic understanding of Linux systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy desktops and laptops.
• Provide first- and second-line support.
• Manage user accounts and identity access controls.
• Lead network troubleshooting and improve infrastructure.
• Ensure IT operations reliability for the India office.
