Job summary

Eastman Kodak Company is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join the Advanced Materials & Chemicals division onsite in Rochester, NY. You will support Film Finishing within Industrial Films and Chemicals, providing technical expertise in IT infrastructure, software applications, and manufacturing operations.

You will participate in troubleshooting, system administration, and modernization projects that improve equipment reliability, security, and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS in IT/CS/CE/IS or related field, or an Associate's with 0–5 years of experience.
• Strong programming skills in C#, PowerShell, SQL, VB6/VB.NET.
• Ability to lead, plan, organize, and execute projects.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for manufacturing IT infrastructure and applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
• Assist with deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of servers, workstations, and virtual environments.
• Participate in software development, scripting, and automation projects.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
