Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking a Microsoft 365-focused Systems Engineer for our Beloit, WI location. You will administer core Microsoft 365 services, drive governance, and collaborate with IT, Security, Service Desk, and Operations to sustain reliable collaboration and productivity across 1,000 remote locations and ABC Supply facilities.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of relevant experience, strong PowerShell skills, and a track record of automating tasks and optimizing tenant configuration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience and/or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Purview, Defender.
• Proficient in PowerShell, Graph PowerShell, and admin portals; strong troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders; willingness to travel and on-call after-hours.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, security, or related areas are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 core platform services including Entra ID, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Purview, Defender.
• Monitor service health, alerts, and platform changes; communicate impact and actions to teams.
• Manage mail flow, mailbox config, shared mailboxes, groups, lifecycle governance and retention.
• Support Teams governance, external access, and lifecycle management standards.
• Administer SharePoint Online and OneDrive governance and permissions.
• Provide advanced-level support to IT Service Desk, Operations, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
