Accentuate Staffing is working with a well-established organization that is hiring an IT Systems Engineer to oversee enterprise-level Microsoft solutions initiatives. This role plays a key part in shaping the company’s digital transformation strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform environments. In this role, you will design and manage enterprise collaboration and automation platforms that support day-to-day operations and long-term business goals. This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with teams across departments to design and support solutions, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys partnering with others, building relationships, and solving problems face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions, to align with business and IT strategies.
• Build and deploy secure, scalable Power Apps and Power Automate workflows that improve efficiency and productivity across teams.
• Define and uphold governance, security, and compliance standards across systems.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate strategic initiatives into actionable, well-executed technology solutions.
• Serve as a point for escalations to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members while promoting best practices and helping drive adoption of new Microsoft and AI-driven technologies.

Requirements

• Strong experience working with Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Proven ability to use PowerShell scripting and automation tools to streamline administration and optimize performance.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance within Microsoft ecosystems.

• Demonstrated success partnering with teams to deliver technology initiatives and improve business processes.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 Administration are a plus.
