Job description

IT Systems Administrator – Responsibilities

As a Service Delivery Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting employees and users of our IT systems. This includes system administration, hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, documentation, and desktop and application support. You’ll assist teammates and users in person, over the phone, e-mail, and chat. You’ll also support and maintain conference rooms, manage equipment and asset inventory, and perform other IT tasks as needed.

• Act as the initial point of contact to provide technical support, identifying, investigating, and resolving end-user technical issues.
• Collaborate with other employees to research and resolve problems.
• Perform system and office deployments, including computers and peripheral devices.
• Provide and install approved hardware and software.
• Support, manage, and maintain the configuration and installation of end-user workstations.
• Create and update issues, tickets, documentation, training, and knowledge base materials.
• Create, review, and deliver service delivery and operations reports.
• Conduct new user onboarding, including account creation, office configuration, and user orientation and training.
• Maintain computer and equipment inventory.
• Travel up to 10% as required.

Required Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related discipline (or 5+ years of experience).
• DOD 8570 Compliance within first 90 days (CompTIA Security+).
• Current TS/SCI clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional interaction with end-users at all levels.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• PC hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory user management.
• Experience with Linux operating systems and command-line navigation.

Location and Compensation

The position is located in Centennial, CO. The likely salary range is $80,000 to $90,000, though compensation will be based on experience, location, and contractual requirements.
