Value Windows & Doors, a leading California manufacturer, is seeking an experienced IT Systems Coordinator to support and maintain our technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, and end-user computing environment across office and manufacturing settings.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, ERP applications, security systems, and daily IT operations with an emphasis on problem-solving, teamwork, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or network support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
• ERP experience (NetSuite, A+W, SAP, Epicor, Dynamics, or similar) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 technical support for hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
• Support Oracle NetSuite, A+W, and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot network, VPN, wireless, VoIP, and connectivity issues.
• Install and support IT infrastructure, including switches, servers, cabling, and security cameras.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, system documentation, backups, and equipment lifecycle records.
• Assist with technology projects, upgrades, and process improvements.

About The Role

What You’ll Do

• Provide Tier 1-3 technical support for hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
• Support Oracle NetSuite, A+W, and other business applications.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• ERP experience (NetSuite, A+W, SAP, Epicor, Dynamics, or similar) preferred.
• Experience with SQL Server or database administration is a plus.

Training & Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent working experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, network support, or a related technical role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
• Experience supporting ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, A+W, SAP, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms preferred.
• Experience supporting network infrastructure, workstation deployment, and endpoint management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform cabling and equipment installations.
• Comfortable working in office, manufacturing, and server room environments.
