Job summary

Security Risk Advisors (SRA) is seeking an IT Systems Coordinator Co-op to deploy and support employee systems on-site and remotely. You will collaborate with team members to provide timely IT solutions and guidance on configurations, installations, and process improvements across the company.

Responsibilities

• Set up new employees with correct access to systems and equipment.
• Report user feedback and potential product requests.
• Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues or analyze new products.
• Maintain IT asset tracking (phones/laptops) and perform routine updates.

Summary/Objective

Security Risk Advisors (SRA) is looking for anIT Systems Coordinator Co-opto provide ITexpertisein deploying and supporting employee systems both on-site and remotely, andassistwith the IT Support function within SRA. TheIT Systems Coordinator Co-opwill collaboratewith other team members to providetimelysolutions to user problems, provideinformation and recommendationsregardingconfigurations and installations, anddevelop strategies for improving IT processes company wide.

• Provide front-line technical support and education to on-site and remote employeesby diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and mobileapplication issues.

• Configure and install new computers using standard softwareimageand packages. Migrate existing users from old to new hardware.

• Move/Add/Change activities,maintainingaccounts for end users as directed by documented procedures and policies, software installs, and various IT requests.

• Work primarily on-site at SRA’sPhiladelphia/ Rochesteroffice, five days a week.

This joboperatesin a professional office environment, and all co-ops are expected to work in the office every day. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Required Education and Experience

• Punctuality andtimelyattendance to external client and internal stakeholder needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologyor similar field of study, or equivalent Information Technology training and experience.

• Passion for learning about IT systems and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Working knowledge of modern ITconcepts,device management (Intune, JAMF).

• Microsoft 365 Administration

• Virtualization (VMWare/HyperV)

• Amazon AWS

• Windows Group Policy/Microsoft Intune

• Windows and Linux platform administration

• Core networking (CIDR/TCPIP/Switch/Firewall configs)

• Basic Active Directory management and Entra ID (Azure AD) manage experience.
