E Logic is seeking an experienced IT Systems Architect to support the IRS Audit Information Management System (AIMS) Digitalization initiative. The selected candidate will provide architecture, systems engineering, and technical leadership for AIMS operations in a UNISYS mainframe environment. Responsibilities include designing enterprise system architectures, performing systems analysis, and coordinating architecture integration. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in systems architecture, enterprise systems engineering, or infrastructure design.
Experience supporting large-scale government or enterprise IT environments.
Ability to produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and system specifications.
Responsibilities
Design, maintain, and support enterprise system architectures aligned with IRS standards.
Develop and maintain System Design Descriptions (SDDs) and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
Support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities including incident management.
