Base pay range
$52.00/hr - $55.00/hr
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 or more years of architecture experience; experience working in a large global IT environment strongly preferred.
- Experience at a large technology products and services organization.
- Five or more years in an IT discipline with increasing responsibility.
- Healthcare IT experience is highly preferred, including various business areas and care delivery settings, with related processes, integration, and solution exposure.
- Product Model and Agile experience preferred (at scale).
- Familiarity with TOGAF and architecture modeling tools (e.g., Abacus, IBIS, Orbus iServer, MEGA, LeanIX).
Candidates should be comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment and self-driving on deliverables.
Accountabilities
- Problem solving across COTS systems, cloud infrastructure, data, and AI.
- Identify pain points and modernization opportunities.
- Create detailed Points of View (POV), employing a domain-centric collaborative approach, providing architectural perspectives and technology pattern recommendations for Enterprise Architecture initiatives.
- Compare and contrast different enterprise architecture configurations based on business value, resilience, and cost.
- Support strategic roadmaps sequencing technology initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Serve as SME for Architecture Review Board governance and standards, including representing on AI governance bodies.
- Strong architecture modeling skills, leveraging EA data models to develop diagrams and visuals.
- Develop nuanced architecture views to address complexities, providing actionable insights.
- Expertise in Business, Data, Application, Technology, and Security Architecture.
- Architect solutions crossing multiple domains or business areas.
- Understand enterprise architecture components like MDM, integration engines, microservices, and cloud capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to assess and identify technology solutions, considering existing investments.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement architectural standards and patterns.
