Job Description

We are looking for an IT Systems Analyst to support our Advocate+ program, which elevates the specialty pharmacy experience and simplifies the healthcare journey. Learn more about Advocate+.

The Senior IT Systems Analyst is responsible for utilizing various delivery methodologies, assisting in communication between IT and business teams, investigating, identifying, and documenting business requirements and technical solutions, and providing guidance to less senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage work direction, lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
• Oversee execution of strategic initiatives
• Create and conduct logical designs based on architectural reviews
• Represent project work for estimation processes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience relevant to the team’s domain
• At least 5 years of experience with system requirements and supporting business applications
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Salary range: $81,000 - $138,000 based on experience and skills.
