Title: IT Systems Analyst - Supporting Advocate+ - Remote

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Systems Analyst to support our Advocate+ program, which elevates the specialty pharmacy experience and simplifies the healthcare journey. The Senior IT Systems Analyst will utilize various delivery methodologies, assist in communication between IT and business, and gather and document application requirements and solutions. The role involves guiding less senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage work direction, lead, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
• Oversee strategic initiatives execution
• Create and review logical designs based on architectural reviews
• Represent project work during estimation processes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required
• Relevant domain experience
• At least 5 years of experience with system requirements and supporting key applications
• Proven leadership experience
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Salary range: $81,000 - $138,000 based on experience and skills.
