Job summary

First Horizon Bank in Memphis seeks an Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator to manage environments (Sandbox, QA/Test, Development, Production) and coordinate updates with IT and business partners.

You will contribute to architecture, capacity planning, and cost optimization while evaluating new OCI features and facilitating Oracle QBRs. Responsible for SRs, SSO/ IAM integration, RBAC design, and cross-team collaboration to ensure stable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading environment management across multiple Oracle Fusion environments (Sandbox, QA/Test, Development, Production).
• Ability to participate in architectural discussions, capacity planning, and roadmap development.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, SSO configurations, and security controls within OCI IAM and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, configuration, refresh, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion environments across lifecycle stages.
• Coordinate Oracle updates, fixes, enhancements, and routine work with IT and business stakeholders.
• Own Oracle SRs and serve as primary contact for service notifications and outages.
• Host weekly stakeholder touchpoints and communicate windows, outages, and issues.
• Provide expert troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion ERP, OCI, and OIC issues and maintain architecture documentation.

This position is with the Packaged Business Solutions Team, which supports both externally hosted and internally hosted vendor applications for several business lines: Corporate Finance & Accounting, HR, Corporate Security, Compliance, Corporate Real Estate, Records Management, Procurement, Legal, Internal Audit, and Enterprise Project Services.
Key Responsibilities For Oracle Fusion Cloud Administration

• Environment management and strategy
  • Lead the creation, configuration, refresh, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion environments across Sandbox, QA/Test, Development, and Production. kn
  • Align environment changes with project lifecycles, release schedules, and business requirements.
  • Define and maintain the environment strategy, including refresh cadence and naming conventions.
  • Coordinate monthly & quarterly Oracle updates as well as fixes, enhancements and routine work efforts in partnership with stakeholders across IT and the Business.
  • Host weekly Oracle Info Sharing call with all BU & ET stakeholders – share upcoming work efforts, issues, or enhancements.
    
• Strategic input
  • Contribute to architectural discussions, capacity planning, cost optimization, and roadmap development for the Oracle landscape.
  • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new Oracle OCI features and enhancements to improve performance and functionality.
  • Attend (QBR) Oracle Quarterly Business Review and help drive improvements, adoption, and build working relationships with our partners.
    
• Service management and Oracle liaison
  • Own Oracle Service Requests (SRs): log, manage, and escalation issues related to bugs, performance, and configuration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle service notifications (maintenance, updates, outages).
  • Communicate environment maintenance windows, refresh schedules, and outages to associates and partners.
  • Host weekly Oracle Priority Support Touchpoint call with Oracle TAM and key stakeholders from technology and line of business.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex Oracle Fusion ERP, OCI, and OIC issues.
  • Provide single point of contact to BU for communicating issues, fixes, and RCA
    
• Security and access management
  • Partner with BU and ID Admin to Design and maintain RBAC, including job roles, data roles, security profiles, and role hierarchies.
  • Implement and enforce segregation of duties in partnership with Internal Audit and Business Teams.
  • Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration & security polices within OCI IAM & interface with ID Admin team on any changes to SSO.
  • Partner with BU and SailPoint admins to ensure connectors, provisioning steps, and UAR functioning.
    
• Documentation and collaboration
  • Create and maintain documentation for architecture, configurations, processes, security policies, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Partner with Security, Network, Development, and Product Teams to identify issues and drive resolution.
  • Collaborate with Business Teams, IT Teams, and third-party partners to support new requests and ongoing operations.
