Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting system integrations, data flows and application behavior.
• Experience in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Expert-level systems analysis and technical requirements documentation.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Deep experience defining interfaces, APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, dependencies and data flows.
• Ability to evaluate complexity, dependencies, risks and trade-offs.
• Excellent collaboration across Product, Business, Architecture, Development, QA and Operations.
• Auditory/Visual considerations and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis and translation of complex business requirements into system requirements and specifications.
• Ensures requirements align with delivery needs and enterprise standards.
• Defines specifications for interfaces, data structures, and integrations.
• Analyzes enterprise-wide system impacts and data flows across platforms.
• Evaluates technical constraints and solution trade-offs with architects and leaders.
• Provides guidance to support backlog readiness and cross-team coordination.
• Facilitates refinement, planning, and design discussions with stakeholders.
• Assesses risks and dependencies to support prioritization.
• Drives alignment of technical work with product direction.
