Sedgwick is seeking an IT Systems Analyst Advisor to lead analysis and translation of complex business requirements into system specifications across initiatives. The role ensures requirements are complete, high quality, and aligned with delivery needs and enterprise standards.

You will define interfaces, data models, and data transformations, collaborate with Architecture and Engineering, and guide backlog readiness across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting system integrations and data flows.
• Experience in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Expert-level systems analysis and technical requirements documentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience defining interfaces, APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Understanding of system architecture and enterprise data flows.
