Job summary

CereCore is seeking a Technical Analyst to support our Lakeland, FL operations on a 6+ month contract. The role is onsite at the HCA Supply chain warehouse, with an initial phone interview and onsite final round.

The analyst will review IT systems operations, analyze performance, determine user needs, and serve as the liaison between users and engineering. Associates degree and 1–3 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of IT/technical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance and identify ways to improve reliability.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate IT systems operations.
• Determine user needs and recommend improvements to systems.
• Serve as primary point of contact between users and engineering staff.
• Work under immediate supervision with pre-established guidelines.
