Central Texas Farm Credit is seeking an I.T. Systems Analyst II to deploy and support IT hardware and software across the association, leading installation, maintenance, asset management, and end-user support.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in MIS/CS and 5–7 years of enterprise IT experience with Windows, networking, identity/access, and Microsoft 365 expertise, plus strong problem-solving and documentation skills. Hybrid work is possible in Early, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS or related field with 5–7 years enterprise IT experience.
• Strong Windows endpoints/servers, networking, identity/access, and IT security controls.
• Proven problem-solving, clear documentation, and ability to translate tech for users.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support IT hardware and software across the association.
• Lead installation, maintenance, asset management, and end-user support.
• Coordinate technology planning, purchases, and security/disaster recovery efforts.
• Maintain licenses, warranties, and service agreements; train staff as needed.
