Job summary

State of Florida's Department of Health seeks an OPS Government Analyst I to support IT systems for the MMUR and licensure compliance program in Tallahassee. Responsibilities include design, planning, implementation, and change management, plus creating end-user training and guidelines.

You will conduct UAT, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver data-driven reports using SQL Server, QLIK, and Excel. Strong data analysis and QA skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of professional experience providing end-user technical assistance or troubleshooting.
• Experience with UAT scripts and IT system updates is preferred.
• Background checks and fingerprinting are required."

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, planning, implementation, and change management of the MMUR and licensure compliance information system.
• Participate in status meetings with management, SMEs, vendors, and end users.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) including scripting and execution.
• Analyze business needs and assess system functionality with stakeholders.
• Provide end-user technical assistance to support IT systems.
• Develop guidelines, tools, and training for technical support.
• Deliver data and analytical reports using SQL Server, QLIK, and Excel.
• Ensure data is secure and protected per DOH policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
