What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, test, support, and implement software applications to meet organizational needs
- Coordinate project design and implementation of system features, fixes, and upgrades
- Develop test case scenarios and perform user acceptance and regression testing
- Analyze current business practices and recommend solutions for improved efficiency
- Provide support and training to users on new technologies and systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in Information Technology, Business Analytics, or Project Management
- Associate’s Degree in an IT-related field with 5 years of relevant experience
- Thorough knowledge of system analysis and design techniques
- Proficiency in desktop business applications, particularly MS Office 365, MS Project, and MS Visio
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to document test cases and results effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in an information technology field with 3 years of business analytics and project management experience
- Familiarity with user interface design and project management best practices
- Experience with HIPAA/HITECH regulations regarding privacy and data security
