CoxHealth seeks an IT Systems Analyst at West Campus in Springfield, MO to design, test, implement, and troubleshoot IT applications used in clinical workflows. You will monitor performance, resolve issues, and support end-users to ensure reliable clinical systems.

A strong background in healthcare IT and communication skills is required. Responsibilities include collaborating with IT teams and maintaining documentation while aligning with operational workflows.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support.
• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of inter-related IT solutions and clinical applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

They monitor system performance, identify, and resolve technical issues, and ensure efficient operation of all clinical systems. The analyst also provides technical support to end-users and collaborates with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems related to clinical systems.Education: Preferred: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: Required: 4 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support, including experience with nursing, provider, or ancillary department technologies OR Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field. Skills: • Strong knowledge of inter-related solutions and IT systems knowledge with the aligned application domain.
