The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in IT support or related healthcare IT roles, with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role, or healthcare related experience.
• Prior experience in team leadership, project coordination, and customer support is preferred.
• Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, guidance, and supervision to aligned IT team(s).
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the IT team and ensure smooth IT systems and services.
• Oversee user support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
