Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking an IT Systems Analyst at West Campus in Springfield, MO. The role focuses on designing, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting IT applications to ensure the reliability of clinical systems.

You will monitor performance, resolve issues, and provide user support while collaborating with multiple IT teams in a healthcare setting. A related Associate degree with at least 2 years of clinical IT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support.
• Experience with nursing, provider, or ancillary department technologies.

They monitor system performance, identify, and resolve technical issues, and ensure efficient operation of all clinical systems. The analyst also provides technical support to end-users and collaborates with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems related to clinical systems.Education: Preferred: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: Required: 2 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support, including experience with nursing, provider, or ancillary department technologies OR Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field.
