Job summary

The IT Department of City is seeking an Information Technology Systems Analyst to perform systems analysis, develop software applications, and provide technical support. The role also serves as a backup for the IT Manager and collaborates with users via email, phone, or onsite to resolve technology problems.

Responsibilities include supporting the City's technology systems, troubleshooting, upgrades, training, project coordination, network security, and 24/7 on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• At least three years in a systems/software analyst role.
• Experience with client-server environments and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Support City technology systems including software, databases, hardware, networks, and Help Desk.
• Troubleshoot, upgrade systems, evaluate software/equipment, provide user training.
• Coordinate projects and ensure security and planning.
• May participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
