Cibo Vita, based in Totowa, NJ, seeks an IT Systems Analyst & Implementation Specialist who will bridge operations and development, with hands-on work on the production floor. You will observe, document, and translate field insights into system requirements, lead deployments, and train staff in English and Spanish.

Ideal candidates are comfortable in warehouse settings, highly organized, and capable of driving adoption across production, logistics, and shipping teams.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit production floors, warehouses, and shipping areas to observe day-to-day operations.
• Engage directly with frontline staff (in English and Spanish) to understand pain points, workarounds, and resistance to existing systems.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks, system compliance issues, and adoption gaps.
• Translate operational observations into actionable requirements and improvement proposals.
• Collaborate closely with management and the development team to co-design system solutions.
• Provide real-world context during design discussions to ensure solutions are practical and user-friendly.
• Lead on-site deployment of new or updated systems in operational environments.
• Develop and deliver training programs for warehouse, production, and shipping staff in both English and Spanish.
• Monitor system usage post-deployment to ensure proper and consistent adoption.
• Identify staff members who are not following procedures and address gaps through coaching and retraining.
• Gather structured post-deployment feedback from end users and report back to the development team.

Our products are designed to support wellness, sustainability, and better snacking choices-helping consumers “Snack With Purpose.” Job Summary: We are looking for a people-oriented IT Systems Analyst & Implementation Specialist to serve as the critical bridge between our operations team and our systems development. This role is unique: you will spend meaningful time on the Production floor — observing workflows, talking with warehouse and production staff, and identifying friction points, system bottlenecks, and compliance gaps. Your findings will directly inform how we design, deploy, and refine our operational systems. This is not a desk job. The right candidate is as comfortable in a warehouse or production floor as they are in a meeting room. You will carry insights from the ground up to leadership, participate in solution design, lead system deployments, train end users, and ensure that our tools are actually being adopted and used correctly. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to communicate effectively across our entire workforce. Key Responsibilities: Field Observation & Analysis

• Review system designs and flag potential adoption challenges before deployment Deployment, Training & Adoption
• Lead on-site deployment of new or updated systems in operational environments
• Develop and deliver training programs for warehouse, production, and shipping staff in both English and Spanish
• Monitor system usage post-deployment to ensure proper and consistent adoption
• Identify staff members who are not following procedures and address gaps through coaching and retraining Feedback Loop & Continuous Improvement
• Gather structured post-deployment feedback from end users and report back to the development team
• Track recurring issues, resistance patterns, and usability problems across multiple deployment cycles
• Support iterative system updates and re-deployments based on field findings
• Serve as the ongoing liaison between the floor and the systems team throughout the product lifecycle Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Required:
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — spoken and written (non-negotiable)
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both frontline workers and management
• Comfortable working in production, warehouse, or logistics environments
• Strong observational and analytical skills — able to spot inefficiencies and translate them into clear feedback
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deployments and feedback cycles simultaneously
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in the field Preferred:
• Experience in a production, warehouse, or shipping/receiving environment — strongly preferred
• Prior exposure to IT systems, business software, ERP, WMS, or similar operational platforms
• Experience in systems implementation, change management, or end-user training
• Familiarity with process mapping, workflow documentation, or business analysis methodologies
• Basic understanding of software development cycles (waterfall, agile, or iterative)
