Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline and one to two (1 - 2) years of relevant professional experience required.
- Foundational understanding of systems security principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with web application development technologies, including HTML5/XHTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and JSON.
- Understanding of full stack development concepts and/or Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture.
- Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with client/server architecture and cross-browser development.

IT Systems Analyst provides both technical and administrative support for programs and systems within the National Airspace System (NAS) environment. This role supports the planning, analysis, design, and implementation of data-driven and web-based solutions aligned with mission and business objectives.
The position serves as a key contributor in advising project teams and operational stakeholders to ensure that data solutions and system architectures meet evolving business needs and technical standards. Responsibilities include supporting systems security initiatives, contributing to software and application development efforts, and assisting in the execution of full lifecycle project activities.
In addition to technical execution, the role includes administrative support functions such as assisting in program and project planning, establishing objectives and requirements, supporting budget and schedule development, and participating in program reviews and stakeholder meetings. The position requires collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions within a federal aviation environment.

- Participate in program reviews, technical meetings, and stakeholder briefings, providing updates on assigned tasks and deliverables
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues related to applications and systems
- Maintain documentation related to system design, development processes, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, organizational, and program‑specific standards, policies, and procedures

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $63K to $65K, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
