Job summary

Namely is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage internal IT operations end to end. This hands-on role involves onboarding new hires, administering Okta for access management, and ensuring SOC 2 compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, strong Okta skills, and a focus on organization and process. A competitive compensation package, including salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000, is offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate IT or systems administration role, ideally at a tech company.
• Hands-on Okta experience with SSO integrations and managing provisioning.
• Experience with Apple-focused MDMs like Iru, Kandji, or Jamf.

Responsibilities

• Administer Okta across tool stack, managing SSO, SCIM, and app integrations.
• Own new hire IT onboarding experience, from laptop setup to tool access.
• Partner with Systems Team to support SOC 2 compliance efforts.

Skills
