Job summary

The IT Systems Administrator at Sentry Equipment Erectors LLC, a ProMach subsidiary, maintains and secures our technology infrastructure, supporting Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud platforms to keep operations running smoothly.

You will collaborate with the IT Director, manage networks, cyber security, end‑user support, and enterprise applications, while leading infrastructure upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT-related field.
• 3+ years in systems or network administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, AD, Windows Server, and cloud tech.
• Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
• Security mindset with endpoint protection and disaster recovery.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/HRIS/manufacturing apps.
• Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco or VMware preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud-based systems.
• Support and optimize network infrastructure, including firewalls, wireless systems, and VPN connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues for end users.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Strengthen cybersecurity through vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and incident response.
• Support enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and manufacturing systems.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, technology projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
