Ziply Fiber is seeking an IT Systems Administrator in Kirkland, WA to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software and IT-related systems. You will support Level I & II staff, manage device images, and ensure data integrity and security across endpoints.

The role emphasizes end-to-end IT operations, security collaboration, and white-glove executive support. On-site work in Everett or Kirkland is expected along with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Windows OS, Mac OSX, Active Directory, O365, and Exchange.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Intune MDM enrollment and policy distribution for mobile, tablets, MacOS devices and workstations.
• Manage monthly patching cycle for workstations and MacOS devices within security policies.
• Perform regular backups on workstations and ensure data integrity and recovery.
• Create, manage, and deploy desktop OS images including Auto Pilot grouping and imaging.
• Learn and implement Package Delivery process for Company Portal.
• Triage Mac-related issues in the Enterprise and assist Sr. IT Administrators with projects.
