Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of qualifying experience at GS-11 level equivalents in Windows Server and related infrastructure.
• Experience administering and supporting virtualized server environments and storage/backup resources.
• Experience with system security hardening, patching, monitoring, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server systems and directory services.
• Support virtualized server environments, compute, storage, and backup/recovery resources.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure problems using logs, monitoring tools, and diagnostics.
• Perform system patching, access administration, and vulnerability remediation.
