You will help build secure, reliable, and efficient digital workplace solutions that support users across the organization. Working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders, you will translate operational needs into practical technical solutions. The position offers broad exposure to cloud administration, automation, cybersecurity, and enterprise collaboration technologies.

Accountabilities:

  • Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 policies, security controls, governance standards, technical procedures, documentation, and knowledge base content.
  • Administer SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, and content structures while designing and maintaining intranet, departmental, and collaboration sites.
  • Develop and enhance SharePoint solutions using modern capabilities and create business process automations with Power Automate to improve productivity and user experience.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical SharePoint, workflow, and collaboration solutions.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployments, and endpoint remediation.
  • Support endpoint security, patch management, operating system updates, hardware deployments, device refresh programs, and the overall endpoint lifecycle across Windows and macOS environments.
  • Support Microsoft Defender and related security solutions, including MFA, Conditional Access, identity security controls, security monitoring, and incident response.
  • Investigate and elevate security alerts and incidents while contributing to cybersecurity awareness, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives.
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for complex Microsoft 365, endpoint, identity, and related infrastructure issues.
  • Coordinate vendor escalations and support engagements, maintain accurate service records, and participate in after‑hours maintenance, upgrades, and project implementations when required.
  • Contribute to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, security, infrastructure, and platform improvement projects while identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
  • Support technology roadmaps, system upgrades, platform optimization, IT standards, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT systems administration or Microsoft 365 administration, with hands‑on responsibility for cloud‑based enterprise environments.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Defender.
  • Experience administering and developing SharePoint Online solutions, including sites, permissions, content structures, customization, and workflow automation.
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints, including Windows 11 administration, device deployment, asset management, compliance, and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management, MFA, Conditional Access, security monitoring, incident response, and Microsoft security and compliance solutions.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Platform, PowerShell scripting, workflow automation, and SharePoint customization.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical issues and identify effective solutions.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
