Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years in systems problem solving, analysis, purchasing or developing applications.
• 2 years of project management experience involving software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Takes initial requests, defines scope and opportunities, coordinates with parties to identify implications.
• Develops detailed project plans, charters, objectives and benefits with stakeholders.
• Manages hardware, software, networks, and training needs for implementations.
• Coordinates with vendor and IT teams for upgrades and support issues.
• Provides ongoing user support and documentation for system operations.
• Reviews system function, uptime, and performance against expectations.
