Job summary

Kalshi is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our lean, high-impact IT team in the United States. You’ll own end-user tech, from cloud services and identity management to endpoint configuration and internal tooling.

You’ll build scalable systems, support Windows and macOS, collaborate with engineering and business teams, and help expand our IT capabilities as we grow.

This role emphasizes automation, documentation, and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in managing cloud-based and enterprise IT environments.
• Deep knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with IAM tools: Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, GSuite, Auth0.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell or Python for automation.

Responsibilities

• Own core systems like cloud services and identity management.
• Support a wide range of cloud workloads including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Write and maintain automation scripts to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate across engineering and business teams to deploy tools.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS environments and support collaboration platforms.
• Improve internal documentation and user help resources.
• Participate in after-hours support as needed.
